STANDARD COILSwater coils

FINS
l   Die-formed plate type.
l   Tempered aluminium.

TUBES
l   3/8", 1/2", 5/8", O.D. Seamless drawn copper.

HEADERS
l   Heavy wall seamless copper tubing.
l   Individually sized for each application.

CASINGS
l   Galvanized steel, Mild Steel.
l   Fully encased or with end plates only.

BRAZING
l   All joints hand brazed with silver-bearing brazing alloys.

CLEANING
l   All coils are degreased to clean and dry them internally and externally

Testing
l   All coils leak tested with 350 psig dry nitrogen.

COIL OPTIONS

1. Fins : Copper or Aluminum
2. Tubes : Copper
3. Casings : Aluminium, copper, stainless steel
4. Protective coating-hot dip galvanised or spray galvanised or rust proof paints.
